We’re committed to providing an effective day to day, voids and capital works programme across all MSV Housing properties to ensure our homes are great places to live. As a key member of the Property Care team, you will assist in the maintenance, installation and modernisation work of electrical systems for buildings, equipment and grounds.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the service that MSV delivers to our customers, so your effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of our customers will be key. You’ll be based in the communities we serve and will work under minimum supervision and as part of a team using a flexible approach.

Suitably qualified with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation/Maintenance and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, you’ll also need a full UK driving license as well as a full well-maintained tool kit at all times.
